Project Manager – Clinical AI

About the role

The Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing projects by coordinating cross‑functional activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role contributes to the delivery of data‑driven health solutions in a regulated healthcare environment. You will work under senior program leaders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with clinical, regulatory, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional activities across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams, maintaining project plans, timelines and trackers.
• Support planning and execution of population health initiatives, including quarterly and PI planning.
• Track and report project status, dependencies, risks and issues using tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
• Ensure regulatory and clinical deliverables meet EU MDR and GDPR requirements and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between product feature delivery, engineering development, and commercial launch readiness.
• Follow PMO processes, templates and governance, contributing to continuous improvement of tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project or program coordination.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Good understanding of project and program management principles.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration platforms.
