Project Manager

About the role

Due to our continued global expansion, we are looking for a successful and established Project Manager to join our exceptional team in the Netherlands. As an experienced Project Manager you will be adept at managing, overseeing and delivering multiple projects. Working closely with our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and implementing a fast‑paced, cost‑effective and customer‑oriented delivery experience.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and deliver projects according to methodology, ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met and maintaining high‑standard documentation.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers, manage communications, escalation paths and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support sales and finance by contributing to bids, managing project costs, forecasting, and maintaining financial control and billing plans.
• Implement project controls, track risks, issues and changes, keep internal reporting tools up‑to‑date and conduct debriefs to propose improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
• Significant experience in project management or delivery for external clients in the technology/finance sector.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem‑solving ability and capacity to motivate teams.
• Fluent/native level Dutch and English.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
