Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

Safeguard system integrity at the source – so every radar that leaves our factory performs when it counts. As a Quality Assurance Specialist you own the quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance of advanced radar systems, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, and quality control plans.
• Lead cross‑departmental and supplier improvement projects using 8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys and FMEA.
• Oversee functional and system‑level testing, calibration protocols and data integrity.
• Act as the voice of customer quality during design and procurement reviews, ensuring CTQ parameters are embedded.
• Manage supplier qualification, conduct audits and perform incoming goods inspections.
• Develop and monitor metrics on failure rates, defects and software bugs to assess product maturity.

Required profile

• University degree (BA, MSc or MBA) in Quality Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, auditing or quality control in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and QMS governance.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Fluent English; basic Dutch is an asset.
