Quality Control Officer

About the role

The Quality Control Officer will support QC processes for medicinal products at Novartis RLT, ensuring compliance with SOPs, specifications and GMP requirements. The role acts as a subject‑matter expert in analytical methods and laboratory systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute accurate quality control testing of medicinal products, intermediates and raw materials according to specifications.
• Identify and report any deviations to the Qualified Person and manage OOX investigations.
• Perform sampling, environmental monitoring, data review and trend analysis.
• Coordinate qualification activities, change control, equipment maintenance and SOP generation.
• Collaborate with AS&T on validation, revalidation and technology transfer projects.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a radiopharmaceutical QC laboratory or equivalent regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and cGMP.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
