Quality Lead

About the role

Gisou is seeking a senior Quality Lead to drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and professionalisation of its quality systems across the supply chain. Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, you will sit on the Supply Chain Leadership Team and shape the quality strategy for a fast‑growing beauty brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed quality standards throughout the supply chain lifecycle.
• Design, monitor and optimise quality control processes, defining KPIs to track performance.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives by analysing data, identifying trends and executing corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct audits, and ensure suppliers meet quality expectations.
• Partner with product development to integrate quality requirements into new launches and design changes.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimise supply‑chain disruptions.
• Work with the customer experience team to address consumer complaints and implement action plans.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of leadership experience in quality assurance, preferably within a supply‑chain environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Proven track record of delivering impact in a high‑growth, fast‑moving setting.
