Quantity Surveyor – Relocate to the Netherlands

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction team in the Netherlands. This position offers a unique chance for South African professionals to develop an international career while working on new‑build, renovation and transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets and detailed cost plans.
• Develop and manage cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce cost reports, financial forecasts and value‑engineering analyses.
• Assist with procurement, tender documentation and contract administration.
• Monitor project expenditure, control budgets and ensure financial viability.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and internal project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of quantity surveying experience in commercial, residential, industrial or mixed‑use construction.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost planning and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands and ability to speak Afrikaans.
