Regional Fixed Asset Accountant – North Europe and DACH

About the role

Join Aggreko as a Regional Fixed Asset Accountant based in Moerdijk, Netherlands, supporting North Europe and DACH. You will ensure accurate recording, reconciliation and reporting of Fixed Asset and Fleet registers while supporting month‑end close and audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with fixed‑asset policies and coordinate with regional finance teams and the Shared Services Centre.
• Manage and reconcile Fixed Asset registers, sub‑ledgers and accounts, handling capitalisations, disposals and accruals.
• Partner with Fleet and finance teams to align registers, resolve discrepancies and ensure correct reporting.
• Review and approve reconciliations, depreciation, accruals and statutory/tax reports.
• Lead stakeholder communication, including auditors, and support process improvements and change initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA or equivalent preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a similar fixed‑asset role within a global organisation.
• Strong knowledge of fixed‑asset processes, purchasing, billing and intercompany charges.
• Experience handling complex multi‑entity transactions, reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross‑cultural teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically M3.
• Expertise in fixed‑asset accounting and reconciliation.
