Regional Sales Manager, Joint Replacement (Orthopaedics)

About the role

Stryker is seeking a highly motivated sales leader to drive its Joint Replacement business across the Netherlands. You will lead a team of eight, manage sales performance, and support customers with market‑leading hip and knee implants and Mako Robotics technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire a sales team of approximately eight direct reports, fostering engagement and growth.
• Drive business acceleration through the Joint Replacement portfolio in line with the annual marketing plan.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly budgets, managing equipment utilization and forecasting.
• Build relationships with key customers, decision‑makers and KOLs, and collaborate with marketing to leverage market dynamics.
• Coordinate with contracts, pricing, compliance, customer service and finance to ensure smooth order‑to‑cash processes.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in MedTech, biotech, pharma or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing or coaching a sales team.
• Strong business acumen, track record of market‑share growth and meeting financial targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
