Regional Service Quality Specialist – CS / Logistics

About the role

As a Regional Service Quality Specialist you will own the local Customer Complaint Resolution Process, ensuring timely and effective handling of service quality issues such as incorrect shipments, damaged packaging, and labeling problems. You will analyse complaints, identify root causes and drive continuous improvements to boost operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Momentive’s Global Quality Strategy for customer‑facing objectives.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to improve process execution in line with service quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints and quality‑related inquiries, promoting a customer‑focused culture.
• Manage Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) and related SAP transactions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day compliance with service quality standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics or customer service.
• Fluent English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to teach, train and motivate colleagues.
• Problem‑solving mindset with experience in data analysis.
