Rental Agent – Customer Service & Camper Management

About the role

You will welcome customers during the pick‑up and return of their camper, ensuring a bright smile and an unforgettable roadsurfer journey. You will also explain the rental process and personally hand over the campers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at pick‑up and return.
• Explain features and hand over campers to renters.
• Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of each camper.
• Support the station team with daily operational tasks.
• Ensure every happy‑roadsurfer starts their holiday with a smile.

Required profile

• Hands‑on attitude and willingness to help.
• Ideally previous experience in customer service.
• Valid driving licence category B.
• Good English language skills.
