Research Integrity Content Coordinator

About the role

The Research Integrity Content Coordinator creates, maintains, and expands free online training resources for editors, reviewers, authors, and internal colleagues at Springer Nature. Working hybrid from Dordrecht, the role supports the company’s mission to promote research integrity across the scholarly community.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the training manager and stakeholders to develop, review, and improve research integrity courses.
• Upload revised and new courses to LMS platforms, test them, and release them while communicating with cross‑functional teams.
• Audit existing courses for content, policy, accessibility, and DEI improvements, updating them using adult‑learning principles.
• Increase visibility of training materials by raising awareness with internal and external audiences.
• Prepare monthly analytics reports using data‑analysis skills.
• Partner with Marketing and Editorial Engagement teams to embed research integrity content in campaigns, events, and projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or associate degree, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with e‑learning authoring tools (primarily Articulate 360) and design tools (primarily Canva).
• Excellent communication and strong written skills for creating clear, engaging content.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with critical‑thinking ability to address complex problems.
• Detail‑driven, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
