Research Physician

About the role

Linear is seeking a Research Physician to provide expert medical oversight for early‑phase clinical trials, primarily in oncology and rare diseases. You will ensure participant safety, ethical conduct, and compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruitment and screening teams to identify suitable trial participants.
• Conduct medical assessments and clinical reviews to monitor participant wellbeing.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of study protocols and progress.
• Manage, assess, and document adverse events in line with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality research outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, quality improvement, and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Medical qualification with experience in hospital, specialist or general practice settings.
• Interest in clinical research; prior trial experience is welcomed but not mandatory.
• Strong commitment to participant safety and ethical research conduct.

Required skills
