RevOps / GTM Engineer

About the role

Aquablu’s revenue engine needs a single owner – you. As an AI‑native RevOps Manager and GTM Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end Revenue Architecture, from lead to expansion, set canonical definitions, KPI trees and build the AI operating layer that automates commercial routines.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Bowtie operating model, canonical definitions, KPI tree, unit economics and CAC per motion; translate plans into targets and close the impact loop with prospect and customer evidence.
• Build and maintain forecast engines across Direct, Indirect and Enterprise and run centralized, signal‑led prospecting.
• Co‑deliver the deal‑to‑cash overhaul, ensuring contract‑to‑ledger visibility and exception handling.
• Design signal‑based demand‑generation flows (intent, hiring, office moves, telemetry) and route them into BDR feeds, campaigns and ABM clusters in HubSpot and Lemlist.
• Manage AE ARR plans, BDR point schemes and Channel Manager plans end‑to‑end, including documentation, calculators, HubSpot sync and quarterly payout reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain the GTM skill library and Claude‑powered HubSpot automations, operationalising playbooks in HubSpot and Notion.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Engineering or Sales Operations at a recurring‑revenue business (SaaS, hardware‑enabled SaaS or usage‑based).
• Hands‑on ownership of a CRM as system of record, preferably HubSpot, with custom objects, lifecycle and pipeline design.
• Strong analytical mindset: think in revenue architecture, KPI trees, unit economics and trace numbers back to root causes.
• Fluent English, based in or near Amsterdam.
