Sales Analyst (Entry-Level) – Outbound Focus

About the role

This hands‑on, entry‑level position sits at the centre of how ALT21 wins new business. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own day‑to‑day generation of new opportunities, run outbound activity, qualify accounts and book meetings. You will also work closely with senior closers on live deals, learning to build trust, structure pitches and eventually own the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new opportunities for the senior sales team through consistent outbound activity – around 90–100 dials and an hour of talk time per day.
• Build and qualify a personal pipeline, hitting monthly targets of 20 qualified accounts, 5 meetings/demos booked and 4 new accounts.
• Work every opportunity alongside a senior colleague (S2), as all deals at this level require an S2 to close.
• Develop early client relationships and trust to enable senior team members to close efficiently.
• Learn ALT21's full product set – spot, forwards, options and treasury services – well enough to represent it credibly from the first conversation.
• Get hands‑on with ALT21's CRM and outreach tooling, automate repetitive tasks and use activity and pipeline dashboards to track progress.

Required profile

• Strong appetite for outbound sales activity and high call volumes (≈90‑100 dials and 1 hour talk time per day).
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven, activity‑based environment.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to build rapport quickly on the phone.
• Curiosity about FX and financial markets, even without direct trading experience.
• Coachability and openness to feedback from senior colleagues.
• Desirable: prior outbound sales/SDR experience, exposure to a CRM or sales‑engagement platform, demonstrable interest in FX or financial markets, instinct for spotting inefficient manual processes, resilience in high‑volume activity models.
