Sales Development Representative (EMEA)

About the role

Dash0 is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join its EMEA team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, turning inbound interest and outbound outreach into qualified sales opportunities for a fast‑growing OpenTelemetry‑native observability platform.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture inbound leads generated from events, campaigns, and organic traffic.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts.
• Research and map key accounts, identifying decision‑makers and their observability challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities with full context.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM and continuously improve outreach sequences.
• Represent Dash0’s mission and values in all prospect interactions.
• Provide customer insights to Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in B2B SaaS or developer‑focused tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence in cold outreach, objection handling, and booking qualified meetings.
• Growth mindset with curiosity about technical products.
• Ownership attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, feedback‑driven environment.
