Sales Manager – B2B Marketing Agency

About the role

Dapper is seeking a Sales Manager to help build the #1 B2B marketing agency worldwide. You will work directly with the CEO and the sales team to convert inbound leads and actively prospect new clients across the Netherlands, Western Europe, and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on high‑quality inbound leads generated by Dapper's marketing and guide them through consultative selling.
• Proactively reach out to companies that match the Ideal Customer Profile across the Netherlands, Western Europe and the United States.
• Build initial strategies and proposals for potential clients to sell collaborations.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to continuously improve the sales approach.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B marketing or consultative selling.
• Strong sales talent with the ability to connect quickly with prospects.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Growth mindset and performance‑driven attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
