Sales Manager Benelux

About the role

As the Sales Manager for the Benelux region, you will drive the expansion of elockers’ smart locker solutions across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with venue operators and event organisers, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across the Benelux region.
• Guide prospects through demos, onboarding and, when needed, on‑site support.
• Negotiate and close deals with event organisers and venue owners.
• Document client needs accurately in the Teamleader CRM.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and support contract renewals.
• Represent elockers at industry events, trade shows and conferences.
• Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams.

Required profile

• Native‑level Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
• Proven sales or business‑development track record, preferably in event tech, ticketing or cashless payment.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑starter comfortable working independently in a remote‑first environment.
• Affinity for tech‑driven solutions and familiarity with nightlife, festival, stadium or music‑event sectors.
