Sales Manager (Offshore) – Rotterdam

About the role

The Sales Manager (Offshore) will lead growth and retention of Inchcape Shipping Services’ offshore client portfolio across Europe. Based in Rotterdam, the role combines strategic account management with business development to deliver profitable solutions for offshore marine services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for offshore customers, maintaining senior‑level relationships.
• Identify new offshore opportunities, lead proposals, tenders and commercial negotiations to meet revenue targets.
• Create competitive pricing, quotations and commercial proposals while monitoring profitability and commercial risk.
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring contractual obligations are met and resolving operational challenges.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics or related field.
• Commercial and contract management experience with strong understanding of offshore marine services, offshore wind, subsea cable, construction and oil & gas sectors.
• Ability to travel throughout Europe and internationally; valid driving licence.
• Experience working in matrix organisations and fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
