SAP QM S/4 HANA Lead Consultant – Amsterdam

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant specialized in SAP Quality Management (QM) on the S/4HANA platform to join its Amsterdam delivery team. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of QM projects, from business process consulting through solution design, development and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagement efforts, including business process analysis, problem definition and solution architecture.
• Design, configure and roll out SAP S/4HANA QM processes such as inspection planning, results recording, usage decisions and notifications.
• Guide project teams on deliverables, governance and global template standardisation.
• Act as a thought leader for architecture and design reviews, providing advisory support to clients.
• Drive business pursuit initiatives, client training and internal capability building.

Required profile

• Principal‑level consultant with proven experience in end‑to‑end SAP QM implementations and global rollouts.
• Strong background in governing global QM template objects and ensuring compliance with naming and rollout guidelines.
• Ability to design and manage batch‑related quality processes and to define WRICEF objects with functional specifications.

Required skills

• Deep functional expertise in SAP QM (S/4HANA preferred) and inspection processing, batch management, quality notifications and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience configuring QM transactions (QA11, QA12, QA32, QA33), ALV layouts and table controls.
• Proficiency in defining WRICEF objects and creating functional specifications.
