Senior Account Manager – Creative (Dutch speaking)

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager of our Creative services, you are responsible for establishing and maintaining the best possible relationships with our clients and you will be able to grow the revenue (for DEPT® and the client) of the accounts based on the best consultative advice. You will work closely with our expert Creative and Design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support Account Directors in developing go‑to‑market strategies, new service propositions, and with pitches.
• Convince clients to work with us and build solid relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Maintain a full understanding of the clients’ business, strategies, objectives, brand, audiences, and challenges, advising on the communications solution that best meets their needs.
• Build excellent working relationships with key clients through regular meetings, video calls, planning sessions, briefing meetings, and evaluation reviews.
• Ensure success criteria are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work with the team to determine and test creatives across client‑owned channels.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in a consultative selling role in a creative agency.
• Passion for digital marketing and ability to give clients the best possible advice.
• Great verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade.
• Experience working on pitches.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented and strong planning and organisational skills.
• Fluent in English and preferably also fluent in Dutch.
