Required profile

• Active member of the scientific AI research community with strong knowledge of state‑of‑the‑art advances.
• Extensive experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI agents.
• Proven engineering mindset, writing clean, efficient, production‑ready code.
• Track record of turning cutting‑edge research papers into deployable solutions.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including executives.
• Strong collaboration skills, leveraging empathy, influence, and conflict resolution.
