Senior Business Consultant – Engagement Lead

About the role

The Senior Business Consultant – Engagement Lead will drive high‑quality advisory engagements for midsize energy suppliers, bridging market insights, business strategy and Eneve’s software capabilities. You will act as a trusted partner, translating complex value‑chain challenges into clear, actionable solutions and supporting the development of consulting propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of moderate‑complexity advisory engagements, coordinating cross‑disciplinary teams and ensuring quality and alignment with the overall plan.
• Design and scope solutions, translating client needs into TO‑BE business processes and recommendations, and facilitate structured workshops to validate requirements.
• Mentor junior consultants, share expertise and contribute to reusable consulting assets and frameworks.
• Support consultative sales activities, including lead generation, qualification and preparation of proposals and high‑level designs.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, energy‑market operations or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of leading workstreams or moderate‑complexity projects and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Experience in business development and consultative selling to existing customers.
• Strong analytical rigor, ability to facilitate workshops and manage day‑to‑day client interactions.
