Senior Business Consultant – Identity & Access Management

About the role

PwC is expanding its Cybersecurity, Forensics & Privacy unit and seeks a Senior Business Consultant specialized in Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will help major organisations secure digital identities while ensuring privacy and data protection.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and design IAM processes and models, covering Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Consumer Identity Management (CIAM) and Data Access Governance.
• Lead client engagements, acting as project manager to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Enable business transformation by training client staff and improving their processes.
• Coach junior colleagues and share expertise through workshops and presentations.
• Contribute to business development activities and continuous improvement of service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of role‑based access, authorization matrices and joiner/mover/leaver life‑cycle management.
• Familiarity with IAM open standards, reference architectures and a broad range of IAM, CIAM, IGA and PAM solutions.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, balance technical and business goals, and produce high‑quality deliverables.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English; Dutch is a plus.
