Senior Business Development Manager – Dutch Market

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional, entrepreneurial Senior Market Strategy & Partnerships Manager to lead and scale our presence in the Dutch market. This high‑impact role sits at the intersection of business development, operations, and strategy, owning the market end‑to‑end from partnership origination to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the market growth strategy by applying innovative approaches to scale Fever’s presence in the region.
• Manage the commercial strategy with large partners to ensure mutual value creation and build sustainable, strategic alliances.
• Leverage strong organizational skills to effectively balance, maintain, and grow a large client base.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to successfully deliver partner growth across the Netherlands and internationally.
• Track the latest trends in the entertainment industry to act as the internal expert for new and trending experiences.

Required profile

• At least 5+ years of top‑tier consulting or equivalent experience, ideally with an additional 4+ years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech, sport, music or arts.
• Strong business development and partnership management skills.
• Self‑starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a demanding, dynamic start‑up environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
