Senior Clinical Product Manager MR-RT

About the role

The Senior Clinical Product Manager – MR‑RT will define and drive the clinical strategy, roadmap and commercialization of MR Radiation Therapy solutions, translating clinical needs and market opportunities into differentiated products that improve patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the MR‑RT clinical vision and strategic roadmap.
• Lead market and clinical intelligence to guide long‑term planning.
• Define product requirements from unmet clinical needs and drive development of integrated MR‑RT software and workflow solutions.
• Partner with key opinion leaders and academic centers to generate clinical evidence and support regulatory pathways.
• Represent the portfolio at scientific congresses and translate customer feedback into product improvements.
• Build business cases, shape adoption strategies and support product launches with marketing and regional teams.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MD or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 + years of experience in healthcare, preferably radiation oncology or MR imaging.
• Strong understanding of radiation oncology workflows and MR‑guided radiotherapy.
• Proven experience in clinical product management, launching complex products and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel 10‑20 %.
