Senior Content Marketer

About the role

Are you our new Senior Content Marketer? Dapper is looking for a pioneering spirit to help clients drive online growth from strategy to execution. You will work with a diverse portfolio of B2B start‑ups, scale‑ups and established businesses worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own content strategies, including ICPs, messaging frameworks and roadmaps, and track performance for continuous improvement.
• Conduct deep research to translate client needs into concrete content ideas such as video scripts, infographics, thought‑leadership posts, blogs, landing‑page copy and ad copy.
• Write and edit long‑form and short‑form copy, review ad copies and collaborate with the creative team to ensure copy and design complement each other.
• Guide junior and mid‑level marketers with clear feedback, fostering their growth into top‑class content marketers.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B content marketing, agency or fast‑scaling environments.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands‑on ability to create and execute content pieces.
• Growth‑oriented, open to feedback and capable of taking full ownership of projects and client relationships.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English, with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
