Senior Creative Lead – Experience Design

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Lead to shape immersive brand experiences for our clients. Based in our Amsterdam and Paris studios, you will drive the strategic vision from brand storytelling to spatial execution, ensuring every touchpoint resonates with the audience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead concept development from brief to holistic brand storytelling, crafting clear debriefs that focus the creative question.
• Provide creative direction to multidisciplinary teams—including spatial designers, technologists, motion designers and producers—ensuring the core idea informs every decision.
• Serve as the primary creative voice with clients, presenting concepts with conviction and challenging briefs when necessary.
• Build and manage project teams, set creative standards, give feedback and foster a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to new‑business pitches by generating early‑stage ideas that differentiate our proposals.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience leading creative strategy for experiential or spatial brand projects.
• Strong ability to translate brand strategy into compelling physical and digital experiences.
• Proven track record of client interaction, presenting concepts and guiding discussions.
• Leadership experience managing internal and freelance creative teams.
• Comfort with contributing to business development and pitch processes.
