Senior Enterprise Data Modeler

About the role

As a Senior Enterprise Data Modeler you will shape the data foundation of a global organisation, translating complex business processes into clear, scalable data models. You will own the Data Vault 2.0 modelling across core business domains and work closely with business stakeholders and the Data Engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and evolve Data Vault 2.0 hubs, links, satellites, Raw Vault and Business Vault structures for entities such as Candidates, Workers, Jobs and Clients.
• Define business keys, hash‑key strategies, reconciliation and survivorship logic across multiple source systems, including Workday.
• Create Gold‑layer models and golden records for core entities and maintain clear documentation for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure models are implementable in Azure Databricks and maintain consistency across regional and global data environments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise data modelling with proven production use of Data Vault 2.0.
• Strong ability to translate business concepts into robust data models and communicate them to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an international, multi‑regional environment and making defensible modelling decisions within an agreed architecture.
