Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React, TypeScript, Node.js)

About the role

The Full Stack Engineer builds and runs the digital surfaces used by Expereo's customers and its Commercial and Service Preparation teams, from React front ends through the service layer to integrations with Salesforce and the wider systems landscape. The role sits within the Commercial STO, which owns the systems behind how Expereo quotes, orders and activates services, and focuses on expereoOneNext, a live platform moving request intake, site creation, quoting, order placement and service activation out of inboxes and spreadsheets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the React and TypeScript front ends, from component structure and state management to data fetching, caching and performance, and turn requirements from commercial and operations users into reliable experiences.
• Deliver end-to-end features: implement the service layer (REST or GraphQL) from OpenAPI specifications, build integrations with Salesforce and other systems, and implement authentication and authorization.
• Keep interfaces versioned and backward-compatible, and read and work at the C#/.NET integration points.
• Configure, deploy, observe and operate your own surfaces on AWS, using feature flags and CI quality gates, and run production diagnostics.
• Maintain technical documentation (API specs, architecture decision records, integration guides) and collaborate with product owners, operations and the architect.

Required profile

• Five plus years of professional software engineering, with production React and TypeScript front ends as your core stack.
• End-to-end ownership of what you ship, with a product-minded approach and reliability in mind.
• Ability to work in a mixed-language environment, reading C#/.NET even if you are not expert in it.

Required skills

• React, TypeScript and Node.js services in production.
• REST and/or GraphQL APIs with contract-first OpenAPI.
• CI/CD, testing, code review, Git and feature flags.
• Nice to have: Salesforce integration, AWS services (Amplify, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3), OAuth2/OIDC, event-driven integrations (SQS, EventBridge, Kafka), micro front ends, and C4 diagrams and ADRs.
