Senior Growth Manager & Studio Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager & Studio Lead to own and accelerate the growth of our Music Studio, home to the Piano App, one of our fastest‑growing and most ambitious products, unleashing musical skills for users worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and execution. You define the Studio Growth Strategy and lead a cross‑functional growth squad with specialists across ASO, CRM & loyalty, monetization, and growth design — while remaining deeply hands‑on yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute GTM strategies to drive scalable growth.
• Balance acquisition and profitability with a clear ROAS/CAC‑LTV focus.
• Increase subscriber base, retention, and LTV.
• Implement and scale lifecycle marketing (journeys, messaging frameworks, loyalty loops).
• Establish and lead a strong experimentation cadence across the full funnel with a dedicated Growth Squad.
