Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Kuros Biosciences is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join its Bilthoven site. The position blends hands‑on HR delivery with strategic partnership, helping business leaders shape talent, organizational development and employee relations to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Provide guidance on talent management, employee engagement, performance management and workforce planning.
• Analyse workforce metrics and trends to advise on data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent & Org Development) to roll out programmes.
• Lead complex employee‑relations investigations and develop resolution strategies.
• Coach managers, delivering actionable feedback to build leadership capability.
• Support recruitment activities, including interviewing, assessing candidates and advising on selections.
• Advise on Dutch employment‑law matters such as contracts, dismissal procedures, statutory leave and privacy.
• Manage Works Council consultations, ensuring timely communication on organisational changes.
• Ensure compliance with collective labour agreements, payroll practices, pension schemes and benefits administration.
• Oversee absence management and occupational‑health processes in line with Dutch Arbo requirements.

Required profile

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner at a senior level.
• In‑depth knowledge of Dutch employment law and collective labour agreements.
• Proven ability to advise on restructuring, change management and succession planning.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting workforce data.
• Experience leading complex employee‑relations cases.
• Effective coaching and development of managers.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
