Senior Manager, All Employee Communications

About the role

Join Philips' Global Communications and Brand team as a Communications Senior Manager, focusing on All‑Employee Communications. Based in Amsterdam, you will act as a trusted advisor and content creator, shaping internal messaging that brings Philips’ purpose, culture, strategy and transformation to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and activate global employee communication campaigns aligned with All‑Employee audience objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders, business functions and the People and Transformation teams to design engagement plans and create compelling content.
• Manage the All‑Employee editorial calendar and coordinate timing with the Integrated Activations Team.
• Produce written, visual and video content for intranet, mass mail, Viva Engage and other channels.
• Convert employee feedback into insights, measure campaign effectiveness and influence stakeholder decisions.
• Provide ad‑hoc content support for leadership engagement activities and company‑wide transformation programs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with 7‑10 years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement within an international, matrixed environment.
• Excellent English (C1) with strong copy‑writing, editorial and visual storytelling abilities.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, able to align expectations across multiple business units and external agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex content and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors is a plus.
