Senior .NET Backend Developer – Remote (EU)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced .NET backend developer to join our remote team across Europe. You will design, build and maintain scalable micro‑service solutions for a variety of data sources and destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Write and support backend code in .NET 8.0+ using libraries such as Newtonsoft.Json, OpenTelemetry, Swagger, Bogus, AutoBogus and Moq.
• Develop micro‑services that integrate with APIs, SQL Server, Elasticsearch, Redis, ActiveMQ, graph databases and CSV files.
• Review pull requests, implement unit and integration tests, and ensure secure coding practices.
• Create and manage Azure DevOps pipelines, test plans, and Kubernetes Helm charts.
• Write complex SQL Server stored procedures, Kibana dashboards and Elasticsearch queries.

Required profile

• More than 15 years in IT and over 9 years in software development.
• At least 5 years of backend development with .NET (last 7 years) and 3+ years designing scalable REST APIs and micro‑services.
• Experience with containers (Kubernetes/Docker) and CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to work in agile Scrum environments and in multicultural teams.
