Senior Partnership Manager

About the role

AIHR is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to own and expand its partner portfolio. You will be responsible for tripling the partnership program by optimizing existing affiliates and building new channels with resellers, consultancies, system integrators and universities.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and manage the existing affiliate book, run quarterly business reviews and improve partner performance.
• Design, launch and restructure partner programs with resellers, HR consultancies, system integrators and universities.
• Define and test tech‑partnership go‑to‑market strategies, proposing models and validating pilots.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership or channel management with a quota‑carrying track record.
• Ability to own a book of business, negotiate contracts and influence senior leadership.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and commercial planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
