Senior Product Manager – FX & Cash Management

About the role

This high‑impact role is based in Amsterdam as part of the FX and Cash Management team. You will build and maintain a reliable FX trading platform and define the vision, strategy and implementation of cash‑management tooling for both internal Treasury and external merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap for the FX and cash management team.
• Lead execution with Engineering, Product, Treasury, Finance and Commercial teams to deliver a cohesive FX platform that scales globally without compromising reliability or trust.
• Establish governance for FX across multiple teams and departments, defining success and operational metrics, and driving alignment across Adyen.
• Build a first‑in‑class Treasury Management System that serves both customer and internal team needs.

Required profile

• 8+ years building high‑scale platforms in fast‑growing tech or fintech environments, with 2+ years in FX and/or cash management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale; comfortable operating in ambiguity with high autonomy.
• Customer‑centric mindset: able to translate technical complexity into customer impact.
• Strong product instincts, data‑driven decision making and focus on business impact; passion for AI‑forward thinking.
• Demonstrated leadership in setting vision and strategy; strong initiative and self‑motivation.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders across disciplines and cultures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
