Senior Product Manager, Identity and Access Management

About the role

Lead the product strategy and direction for identity and access across DataSnipper's platform, serving customer administrators, IT, and security teams. Work closely with a dedicated engineering team in Amsterdam to ensure secure, reliable access for audit and finance customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own sign‑in, user provisioning, and access grant/review/removal processes.
• Shape a consistent access model for all product teams and enable large‑scale controls for enterprises.
• Design simple administration tools for IT and security teams while supporting complex identity providers.
• Define access rules for automation and AI‑driven work, ensuring auditability.
• Run a platform roadmap, coordinate dependencies, and act as the product voice in security reviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years product management in B2B SaaS, preferably platform or infrastructure products.
• Experience with enterprise identity and access (SSO, provisioning, permissions).
• Strong technical depth to collaborate with engineers on authentication/authorization design.
• Background working with enterprise security reviews and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
