Senior Programme Manager – Hybrid (Amsterdam/Rotterdam)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Programme Manager to lead complex digital projects for our clients. The role combines strategic client interaction, team leadership and technical delivery within a hybrid setting in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact, building trust through clear communication.
• Partner with clients on tactical, operational and strategic matters.
• Ensure the team has the resources and support needed to meet targets.
• Develop personal growth plans for team members and provide sparring to maintain quality.
• Manage budgets, identify new opportunities and convert them into projects.
• Support pitch teams in selling new deals and demonstrating DEPT’s value.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Programme or Project Manager in a digital agency.
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for people.
• Track record delivering complex online platforms within client IT landscapes and managing third‑party vendors.
• Ability to understand both design and development perspectives.
• Strong planning, organization and result‑orientation.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Required skills

• Agile/SCRUM methodology (and knowing when not to use it).
