Senior Recovery Specialist – Dutch

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Dutch‑English Senior Recovery Specialist to join our Cyber Incident Remediation and Restoration team. You will lead incident response engagements, rebuild and restore systems, and act as a technical mentor.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity incident response, including live response, triage, containment and remediation.
• Rebuild and restore systems, applications, networks and Active Directory environments.
• Lead engagements, mentor junior consultants and contribute to revenue targets.
• Travel to client sites, including international locations, as required.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Dutch.
• 7+ years of senior technical support, system administration or related customer‑facing experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Required skills

• Active Directory design and troubleshooting.
• VMWare ESX / Hyper‑V administration.
• Network routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP) and services (DHCP, DNS, VPN, IPv4/IPv6).
• L2/L3 switching, VLANs and port security.
• Enterprise wireless (Cisco, Aruba, FortiNet) and firewalls (Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, Check Point, FortiNet, Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki).
• Network traffic capture and analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with security tool‑sets for threat assessment and remediation.
