Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

Bynder is looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the re‑architecture of its commercial Salesforce ecosystem. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of Agentforce Revenue Management (Revenue Cloud Advanced + Billing) on top of the existing Sales Cloud, driving tangible business value for global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the Salesforce re‑architecture, focusing on Revenue Cloud Advanced and Billing.
• Translate strategic goals into concrete, phased solution designs and guide senior peers through execution.
• Facilitate and align Go‑to‑Market and Operations stakeholders, keeping commercial targets on track.
• Own the full project lifecycle: requirement analysis, detailed design, technical validation, change management and user adoption.
• Balance day‑to‑day support and minor enhancements with major initiatives while ensuring platform stability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of solution design experience on the Salesforce platform, with proven delivery of complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lead‑to‑Order and Order‑to‑Cash processes, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑facilitation skills, able to drive busy commercial leaders toward clear outcomes.
• Bias for action, capable of creating realistic project plans and holding cross‑functional teams accountable.
