Senior SAP MM Consultant

About the role

FIT Global is seeking a Senior SAP MM Consultant to design and implement end‑to‑end MM and SD processes for equipment‑management and rental customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and design end‑to‑end SAP MM and SD business processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP MM/SD solutions.
• Design and configure solutions in ECC and S/4HANA, focusing on supply‑demand, inventory, and order fulfilment.
• Ensure correct availability and confirmation logic across processes.
• Support implementation of integrated supply‑demand and availability solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams and global business stakeholders.
• Participate in workshops, alignment meetings and validate system behaviour with real‑life scenarios.
• Support testing, user adoption and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP MM and/or SD, strong MM background.
• At least 2–3 full‑cycle SAP implementations in ECC or S/4HANA.
• Proven expertise in core MM processes and solid understanding of SD and MM‑SD integration.
• Experience with Availability Check (ATP) and Backorder Management.
• Background in supply‑demand planning and order fulfilment.
• Ability to analyse complex business scenarios and propose SAP solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English and bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in rental, equipment or automotive industries and SAP certification are a plus.
