Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for the reliability, availability and performance of DeepHealth’s cloud‑based software solutions that deliver AI‑driven clinical decision support. The role combines hands‑on engineering with technical leadership across platform engineering and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own reliability, availability and performance of cloud components deployed at client sites and define SLOs, error budgets and key metrics.
• Design, implement and maintain automation, observability (monitoring, logging, alerting, tracing) and incident‑response processes.
• Support deployment, capacity planning and performance tuning of solutions at customer locations.
• Mentor engineers, lead blameless post‑mortems and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure secure infrastructure configurations, CI/CD pipeline security and maintain audit trails.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps experience.
• Fluent English communication skills and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: GCP or AWS.
• Containerisation and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, KEDA.
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform, Ansible, GitOps (ArgoCD).
• Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana.
• CI/CD pipelines, Linux systems, networking and security best practices.
• SQL database administration.
