Senior Technical Product Manager – Document Intelligence

About the role

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the Document Intelligence platform – the tooling that turns messy, unstructured documents into clean, structured, agent‑ready data. This is a technical, engineering‑facing role focused on tool and data infrastructure, not agent orchestration.

Key responsibilities

• Define technical direction for ingesting, parsing, extracting, classifying and summarizing unstructured documents.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for APIs, workflows and internal platforms that make the data pipeline shippable and maintainable.
• Ensure storage, indexing and retrieval of processed documents meet latency, cost and reliability targets.
• Lead creation and execution of evaluation frameworks that measure extraction, classification and summarization quality at scale.
• Make model and tooling decisions, balancing cost, performance and accuracy while staying current with document‑AI advances.

Required profile

• A tinkerer who prototypes extraction or classification approaches to validate ideas.
• Product thinker who can translate customer and business problems into robust data platform solutions.
• Systems‑and‑data mindset, comfortable with pipelines, data quality and large‑scale infrastructure.
• Highly autonomous, entrepreneurial and able to set direction under ambiguity.

Required skills

• Product management for technical/platform/data products.
• Document processing techniques: extraction, classification, OCR, summarization, NLP.
• Experience with distributed systems and data pipelines at scale.
• Design and execution of AI/ML model evaluations and quality measurement.
• Ability to write technical specifications and prototype code to validate hypotheses.
