Senior Technical Program Manager (Infrastructure)

About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager (Infrastructure) in Amsterdam, you will help scale and evolve the systems behind a high-performance, technology-driven trading environment. The infrastructure is built for extreme speed, reliability and scale, and you will work closely with engineering teams on large, complex programs covering data centres, hardware platforms and global network connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global infrastructure programs such as data centre expansion, hardware lifecycle management and network or platform modernisation.
• Partner with engineering and operations leadership to define scope, manage dependencies and drive execution across teams.
• Build and maintain program frameworks to track progress, manage risk and improve delivery predictability.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure planning, capacity management and operational processes.
• Keep infrastructure, development and trading stakeholders aligned to support global expansion.
• Identify ways to use automation, AI-powered tooling and data-driven insights to improve program visibility and efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering (IT infrastructure, hardware or networks) and/or technical program management in a high-performance setting.
• Strong technical understanding of data centres, compute, storage and networking systems.
• Experience using generative AI, automation or intelligent tooling to streamline workflows and improve decisions.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure or hardware programs.
• Excellent communicator and structured problem-solver with a bias for action.
