SEO/GEO Marketer

About the role

Dapper is seeking an SEO/GEO Marketer to drive online growth for B2B clients, from strategy through execution. You will work with start‑ups, scale‑ups and established businesses worldwide, helping them achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including AI‑driven search and GEO optimization.
• Translate insights from large language models into actionable content strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to turn briefs into clear, data‑driven plans.
• Analyse performance data and present findings in an understandable format.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI tools and incorporate them into SEO workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of SEO experience, preferably in a B2B, fast‑scaling or agency environment.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to test new approaches and give/receive feedback.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Ability to ask “why” behind briefs and push for better outcomes.
• Ownership mentality while collaborating effectively with teams and clients.
