Services Coordinator

About the role

The Services Coordinator is a key position within Moog's Aftermarket department, responsible for coordinating daily service activities and managing onsite service orders. You will act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring service requests are handled efficiently from inquiry to invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming service requests, log them in the incident management system, delegate to appropriate teams and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Plan and allocate Field Service Technicians/Engineers, confirm arrangements with customers, and prepare parts and tools in advance.
• Create and manage service quotes in SAP, collect technician hours and expenses, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain SLA/SMA contracts in CRM, schedule annual maintenance visits, and manage software licensing and support hours.
• Coordinate service orders with internal stakeholders, track scope, budget and timeline, and drive orders to completion.
• Analyze trends from customer cases, manage critical spare‑parts inventory, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in service coordination, project coordination or technical customer support.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with resilience under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, suppliers and internal teams across cultures.
• Structured, results‑oriented mindset focused on delivering tasks on time and within budget.
