Shift Leader – Cleanroom Operations

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Shift Leader to manage a team of 15‑25 cleaning professionals in our Service Center cleanroom. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality cleaning operations while supporting continuous improvement and a strong team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and apply Lean and 5S principles within the cleaning operation.
• Coach team members on safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain structure and discipline in daily operations.
• Conduct daily shift handovers and team meetings.
• Plan and manage workforce schedules in collaboration with the Team Leader.
• Support team development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and organized working environment.
• Contribute to process improvements and optimisation of cleaning services.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading teams in a manufacturing or cleanroom setting.
• Experience managing operational processes and teams in a service‑oriented environment.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies (advantageous).
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Available full‑time (40 hours/week) and willing to work a 2‑shift schedule.
• Residing in the Netherlands and able to work on‑site.
