Social Commerce Lead

About the role

As the Social Commerce Lead at GoSpooky, you will own and scale the agency’s social commerce initiatives across TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube and emerging live‑shopping formats. You will work directly with global brands, shaping strategies that blend content, creators and commerce to drive measurable sales and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute high‑performing social commerce strategies on TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping and YouTube.
• Identify trends, run tests and continuously optimise campaigns to achieve client KPIs.
• Build, mentor and lead a team of social commerce specialists.
• Expand and manage a network of creators and affiliate partners.
• Oversee live‑shopping streams, ensuring flawless execution and audience interaction.
• Present strategies, insights and results to clients with confidence.
• Collaborate with creative and paid‑social teams to align content and campaign goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and share thought‑leadership internally and externally.
• Work with senior leadership to refine and scale GoSpooky’s social commerce proposition.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, social media or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop.
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, creator partnerships and live‑shopping.
• Strategic thinker capable of turning complex trends into actionable plans.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building high‑performing teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping and YouTube commerce features.
• Knowledge of creator and affiliate ecosystem management.
• Ability to analyse performance data and optimise campaigns.
