Supervisor, Kit Assembly

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily kit assembly operations to meet service, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality requirements, and internal procedures.
• Monitor KPIs such as fill rate, on‑time delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
• Partner with leadership to develop and improve standard operating procedures in a regulated environment.
• Optimise layouts, storage solutions, and workflows for growth and new product introductions.
• Train and develop team members to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient operation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including workplace organisation and process efficiency programmes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver an efficient, cost‑effective supply chain and resolve customer feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations.
• At least 2 years of people‑management experience.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or life sciences is preferred.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Oracle).
• Lean methodology training or certification.
