Supply Chain Design, Analytics & AI Leader

About the role

In this position you will build and lead the global SPS Supply Chain Design, Analytics and AI organization within Philips Service Parts Supply Chain. You will shape future supply‑chain capabilities, turn data and technology into stronger business decisions, and drive AI adoption to improve customer experience and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve SPS process and data architecture design principles and strategy.
• Create and evaluate end‑to‑end supply‑chain concepts aligned with business‑unit and regional needs.
• Drive innovation and transformation initiatives while safeguarding global standards and data integrity.
• Partner with Philips Supply Chain Center of Excellence, Service Center of Excellence and IT to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead experts and managers who design processes, data structures and tools that generate measurable business value.
• Shape and execute the SPS AI agenda, identify high‑value use cases, implement solutions and scale measurable impact.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years of supply‑chain experience in a global large‑company environment, including design, data science or transformation.
• Proven experience leading large global organizations through multiple management layers.
• Strong capability in supply‑chain design, analytics, process and data architecture.
• Experience identifying high‑value AI use cases and driving adoption beyond proof‑of‑concept.
