About the role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Lead to build and own the electronics supply chain for a fast‑growing defence technology company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the end‑to‑end supply chain across Europe, from EMS strategy to logistics and export compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Source and manage EMS partners and semiconductor manufacturers.
- Mitigate BOM risk through allocation, EOL planning, pre‑buys and alternate sourcing.
- Oversee logistics from suppliers to the company and onward to customers in the EU and Ukraine.
- Handle customs procedures and dual‑use export compliance.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in electronics supply chain on the OEM or EMS side.
- Hands‑on experience navigating component shortage cycles.
- Established relationships with suppliers and distributors.
- Working knowledge of EU customs and dual‑use regulations.
